1. Data we collect
- Order data: name, e-mail address, billing country and, where required for tax purposes, billing address.
- Payment data: processed directly by Stripe. We only receive the payment status and limited details (such as card brand and last four digits), never the full card number.
- Communication: the content of e-mails you send us.
- Usage data: technical information such as IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. Why we use your data
- To process your order and deliver your product by e-mail (performance of a contract).
- To provide support, handle refunds and answer your questions (performance of a contract).
- To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
- To prevent fraud and keep the Website secure (legitimate interest).
- To send a reminder if you started a purchase but did not complete it, and occasional information about our products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each e-mail (legitimate interest or consent, as applicable).
- To measure the performance of our advertising and improve the Website (consent, where required).
3. Cookies and advertising
Our product pages use essential cookies needed for checkout and, where permitted, analytics and advertising technologies such as the Meta Pixel. These help us understand which ads lead to visits and purchases. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the Website will continue to work for purchases.
4. Who we share data with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under appropriate data-protection terms:
- Stripe: payment processing and fraud prevention;
- Hosting and e-mail providers: to host the Website and send order e-mails;
- Meta Platforms: advertising measurement, as described above;
- Authorities, when required by law.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep your data
Order and invoice data are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law (generally up to 10 years). Support e-mails are kept for up to 2 years after the last contact. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR and applicable data-protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. 7. Security
The Website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and payments are handled by a PCI-DSS certified provider. Access to personal data is limited to what is needed to fulfil your order and support requests.
8. Children
Our products are sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update.
