These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of the digital products offered by ReadlyHub on readlyhub.shop and its product pages (the "Website"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
ReadlyHub creates and sells digital educational content, such as e-books and guides in PDF format. You can contact us at any time at info@readlyhub.shop.
2. Products
All products are digital. Each product page describes the content included (main guide and any bonus materials), the language and the price. Images on product pages are illustrative. No physical items are shipped.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in euros (€) on each product page and include applicable VAT.
- Every purchase is a one-time payment. We do not charge subscriptions or recurring fees.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Available methods may include card and local payment methods depending on your country. ReadlyHub does not receive or store your full card details.
- Your order is confirmed once the payment has been successfully authorised.
4. Delivery
After a successful payment, you receive an e-mail with access to your product, usually within a few minutes. If you have not received it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us at info@readlyhub.shop. We will resend it at no cost.
5. Licence of use
When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your own private use. You may not resell, share, publish, distribute or make the content available to third parties, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content remains the intellectual property of ReadlyHub or its licensors.
6. Right of withdrawal and guarantee
Because our products are digital content delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire once the download is made available, where you have given your consent to immediate delivery. Regardless of this, we offer a voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Details are in our Refund Policy.
7. Health and information disclaimer
Our guides are for general information and education only. Content related to food, exercise or natural remedies is not medical advice and does not replace the advice of a doctor or qualified professional. Check ingredients for allergies and consult a professional before making changes to your diet, exercise routine or health care. Activities for children should always be done under adult supervision.
8. Liability
We take care to keep our content accurate and useful, but we cannot guarantee specific results. To the extent permitted by law, ReadlyHub is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
9. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please e-mail info@readlyhub.shop with your order e-mail and a description of the issue. We aim to reply within 72 business hours and to find a solution together.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of your order applies to that order.
